This sweet little girl sock monkey is being made in honor of my late cousin Carol Jean. A while back I had made a set of teddy bears and dressed them as old people. Carol got the biggest kick out of them because I had named them after our Grandparents. She loved to make sock monkies so I decided to make one and name it after her. I know she is in heaven grinning from ear to ear!
Carol Jean comes dressed in her red and white polka dot dress which is edged with white eyelet.
Her features are all hand embroidered (the only way Carol would make hers) so they are safe for baby
